Quincy Asian Resources, Inc. is an organization that was developed in November 2001 with an aim to bridge the gap in language and cultural barriers for members of the Asian community.

Quincy's fast growing Asian population results in a continued demand to expand services that can meet the needs of a population that is both multicultural and multilingual. We do this through English language classes, computer training, social services referral, and information outreach services.
