English Classes

QARI provides ESOL Classes for Adult Learners throughout the year. Sessions are designed to focus on a curriculum that enhances the skills of the student for use in work and daily living. Our classes range from Intensive Beginner for those who have never studied English, to Advanced for students who have daily intereaction with English, but are not yet fluent.

We run sessions for the Fall and Spring, and the Summer Session runs for 8 weeks. Fall and Spring sessions are comprehensive, with reading/writing and speaking/listening all making up an important part of language learning. Summer sessions, excluding the Intensive Beginner Class, are conversation only, focusing on level appropriate topics that can be tailored to the interests of the class.

  • To register for our classes, please visit the QARI Office at 1509 Hancock Street, Suite 209. We are unable to enroll students by phone or email. All students must visit the office to fill out a contact form and placement test to assure the proper placement in class. Registration is on a rolling basis, and is available for current classes between 9:30 AM and 5:00 PM daily. We will accept email, phone and in-person inquiries for interest in future classes.
